Our partners,
adopters, and volunteers are our formula for success! The scores of
Adopt-A-School partners represent Greenville businesses, churches, clergy,
retired educators, college students, and parents who come into our schools
to read to children and to listen to them read, to share their careers,
personal lives, and experiences. They offer motivational speeches, career
seminars, personal and self-esteem sessions, rewards for student achievement
and donations to improve educational excellence, assist teachers in the
classroom, chaperone field trips, help in the library, or sponsor musical
and art shows. Our Adopt-A-School partners enrich the lives of our students
and help students to know that the community cares about them.
