Jessie G. McBride Elementary School's mission is to provide an education where teachers and students work together in an environment that integrates curriculum that is developmentally appropriate and addresses diverse learning styles and interests. Our vision is to be nationally recognized for the performance of students and as a model for continuous school improvement.

Jessie G. McBride Elementary is a small school with an instructional staff of 27 and an enrollment of approximately 200 students. We serve students in grades pre-kindergarten through sixth. McBride School has a full-time art teacher and media specialist as well as a part-time counselor, music and physical education teacher. The staff at McBride is committed to enhancing students' learning through stimulating and challenging models of teaching.
