Our mission is to analyze, design, develop and support relevant and quality technology systems for the Greenville Public School District. We believe that providing and supporting these systems for both instruction and administration is critical to quality education for our students. Our primary task is to support the educational process.

 

Responsibilities

bulletProvide IT support for all users
bulletProvide local LAN, hardware and software support
bulletDesign, install, and maintain LAN hardware configurations, including 
file servers, e-mail servers, application servers, desktops and laptops 
bulletRepair and maintain all computers
bulletInstall and maintain network wiring facilities
bulletEvaluate, acquire, test and install all desktop, server and client software and 
ensure licensing compliance
bulletResolve all inter-software compatibility issues
bulletSupport network service (DNS, DHCP, Remote Access)
bulletInstall software and hardware upgrades
