Mission

The mission of Greenville Public Schools is to provide all students with a quality education that adheres to rigorous and challenging standards so that they will experience success and become productive members of society.

Compass Learning Odyssey is a comprehensive standards-based curriculum which uses engaging self-paced, project-based activities, problem solving, reflections, and real-world connections to bring learning to life. This nearly district-wide computer software program allows teachers to provide ongoing assessment and personalized learning paths to students, thereby insuring each student is headed for academic achievement.
