Mission

The mission of Greenville Public Schools is to provide all students with a quality education that adheres to rigorous and challenging standards so that they will experience success and become productive members of society.

Assess2Learn is the software the GPSD uses to monitor the curriculum in grades K-12. It provides teachers and administrators the ability to assess exactly what students know, can do, and choose short diagnostic tests or broad survey tests to measure student progress on specific subject areas. Assess2Learn compares students' skills in reading, language arts, and mathematics to state and national standards. New educational directives require schools to achieve specific state-adopted skills proficiency levels. Assess2Learn helps district educators gather immediate, real-time results to facilitate learning for K-12 students.
